Conditions

Bookings can be made via email, text or Phone.

The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and by paying for the course accepts the terms and conditions.

Full Course / lesson fees are payable in advance.

Payment can be made via bank transfer, details will be given at the time of booking. 

All payments must be made at least 10 days before the start of the course date to secure your place. 

If no payment is made by 10 days before the start date, the place may be given to someone else. 

You may not participate in any classes until fees are paid in full.

 Classes  - Prior to the course start date.

I require 7 days notice to cancel a course before the start date. 

A handling fee of £20.00 will be incurred. Due to the overheads associated with running classes.

I have limited availability, once the course is fully booked I lose further possibility of bookings.

 

Lessons - I require 2 days notice to cancel a lesson, no payment would be required if the correct notice is give, failure to give 48 hours notice would require full payment.

Please Note - If your place is filled, I would give you a full refund. If you need to cancel please make sure you give me as much notice as possible. So I have a more chance of filling the space.
